Practice Manager
Julie has been with Affiliates for 40 years. She is married with a grown son and daughter. In her spare time, she loves to SHOP, bake, and spend time with her family.
Kaitlyn
Business Manager
Kaitlyn has been with Affiliates for 14 years. She enjoys traveling, watching her husband ride motocross, and making memories with her young son.
Carla
Dental Assistant
Carla has been with Affiliates for 8 years and has been a dental assistant for 17 years. In her spare time, she enjoys nature hikes with her husband and two children.
Kyle
Dental Assistant
Kyle joined our surgical team in 2020. He had been a dental assistant in general dentistry for 6 years prior to joining Affiliates. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
Logan
Registered Nurse
Logan joined Affiliates in 2024 and has been a nurse for 9 years. Prior work experience includes Emergency medicine, Cardiology, Hospice and Gerontological nursing. In Logan’s spare time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Shay
Receptionist
Shay joined Affiliates in 2025 with over 8 years of experience in the medical field and has a strong passion for patient care. Outside of work Shay enjoys spending time with her 2 handsome boys as well as all other family and friends.
Adrian
Receptionist
Prior to joining Affiliates in 2025, Adrian was a hairstylist and stay at home mom. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities and watching sports.
