Shanna is our Business Manager and has been with Affiliates for 15 years. Shanna is married with 2 children and enjoys baking and spending time with her family.

Practical Nurse

Chance is an LPN and has been with Affiliates for 5 years now. When he is not working, he enjoys ALL things outdoors and is really big into Chicago sports

Practical Nurse

Tim is an LPN on our surgical team. In his spare time, he is an avid hunter, fisherman, and teaches motorcycle classes to new riders. In the office, Tim’s coworkers refer to him as “Jelly Bean”.
